The story of Qianxun is the story of its founder -- a journey built on persistence, precision, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Born into a rural household in Northern Jiangsu, Jin Fei arrived in Nanjing in 1993 as an 18-year-old apprentice carpenter. The precision demanded by woodworking -- accuracy, patience, integrity -- became the bedrock of his professional philosophy. By 2003, when he relocated to Jiangyin, he had already mastered the art of building from the ground up.
Jin Fei joined Amcor in 2004 as a frontline film blower. His innate technical curiosity earned him a promotion to production foreman within a year. Over the next decade -- through pivotal roles at Amcor and Sanhui, from Technical Director to Sales Director -- he mastered every facet of co-extrusion film: from the microscopic behavior of polymers to the complex demands of global supply chains.
At 43, Jin Fei made a definitive choice. Driven by a vision to build a company defined by transparency and technical independence, he founded Qianxun New Materials. Under his leadership, Qianxun has achieved what many thought impossible: utilizing advanced domestic machinery to produce high-barrier films that rival -- and often exceed -- imported equivalents in performance.
Today, with 20+ years of deep-sector expertise, Jin Fei continues to lead Qianxun toward a global horizon -- ensuring that his legacy of craftsmanship is embedded in every roll of film we produce.

Drives overall company strategy, R&D direction, and global business development. With 20+ years in co-extrusion film -- spanning Amcor and Sanhui -- Jin Fei ensures that every product reflects uncompromising technical standards and market-leading performance.
Ling Jin
The second-generation leadership core of Qianxun. Oversees all international business sectors and managing global resin procurement. Ssuccessfully established a scientific, efficient, and highly strategic resin supply chain.
Zhiqiang Rui
Leads polymer formulation research and new product development for the X-SHIELD™ and Q-FRESH™ lines. Specialises in EVOH-based high-barrier structures and thermoforming film engineering, translating laboratory breakthroughs into scalable production processes.
YINGHUA XU
Fully responsible for the quality assurance of our co-extrusion film products and oversees the implementation of 5S management within the workshop. Manages the preventive maintenance and servicing of our large-scale film blowing lines to ensure optimal production stability.
BO XU
Oversees our advanced conversion lines. Ensures the highest precision in weld-seam integrity and structural strength. Guarantees that every bag meets the rigorous performance standards required for global industrial and food-grade applications.
